Recording retry button gone

Why is the button to retry a voice transcription gone?? Now we have to try remember everything we said! This was such a useful feature, store the recording in local memory so that if transcription fails for some reason we can simply retry instead of trying to recall the long monologue we just gave. Why take that away, it makes no sense at all
