I run an accounting firm and now most of my clients seem to pay for chat gdp premium version. Issue for all of them (including myself) is that we all have to sign into our account and manually get the reciept every month. Is it possible to enter an email where we want to have the monthly reciept sent as a PDF file?
Most modern account systems can handle PDF files if they are attached to an email. And if we can enter the email to where we want the reciept sent ourself it will save a ton of time each month.

Right now receipts and invoices are available through the billing section of the account portal, which is why they typically need to be downloaded manually. There isn’t currently a setting to automatically send them as PDF attachments to a specific email address.
That said, this is good feedback. Automatically emailing monthly receipts (especially with the option to specify an accounting email) would definitely make bookkeeping easier. I’ll pass the suggestion along so the team is aware of the use case. Appreciate you raising it.
There is actually such a function build into stripe. So its just a matter of activating it. It doesnt even cost more for you. For the one responsible for it at open AI and does have access to your stripe account it is easy and free to activate for your customers.
If you want to know more - just prompt it into chatgpt and you will get the instructions on how to get it in stripe. I cant share links here but I prompted this and got a good confirmation and instructions how to do it.
in stripe - sometimes I get an invoice AND a reciept when buying a service provided by email. And from openAI i dont - I simply have to go into the portal and get it. In stripe when connecting a solution - is there a service to activate in order to send the reciepts / invoices to the customers emails as pdf?
The fact that its not even a developer issue but a SETTING in your stripe account makes it silly. Just needs to reach the right person with the right will.
