We are seeing the exact same issue for the last 5 days for realtime session creation.

Hi, I have an update on this. It seems that the 500 internal server error is caused by using API Keys associated to service accounts. Instead, keys created on real users work. I.e: sk-svcacct-* DOES NOT WORK → 500 error sk-proj-* WORKS

+1 Been getting the same thing with the websocket any time I send a session.update event

Same issue with websockets and session.update event. Also, I’m using an sk-proj api key
