I use to be able to send it user manuals and sheets with words on it and it would read it and and tell me what it said.
Now when I send it document, it locks up.
how long have you been experiencing this? there doesn’t seem to be an outage over at status.openai.com

Just that one sheet or all of them now?
Does it contain PII (personally identifiable information)?
That one that I showed did but all the others did not have personal info on them. I noticed this happening when I went to use it on Thursday.
I did log out and log back in, phone reboot and still the same.
It’s working perfectly again, thanks for the help. You can close the ticket.

sweet! yeah, sometimes, just waiting a bit is the best thing one can do before it is fixed/solved
I have discovered that if you’re using the older version of chat gpt with the black globe, it takes the pictures and it reads it no problem, but if you switch out to the new and improved one that comes up with the blue globe, once you put a picture in and it goes to read it it just locks up. so I just have to keep pulling up an older version every time I need it help looking at a picture something’s wrong with the new one with the blue globe.
Also the new blue globe one won’t research the web for me.
Are you guys having any problems like this?

I noticed this last Wednesday, so around 5 or 6 days ago.
I had also deleted and reinstalled the app still the same. It’s just happening to me when using the new blue orb. So works fine with the old one. I’m surprised I’m the only one having this issue, any other recommendations?
