Hi, we used to have a Platform account with GPT-4 API enabled. Unfortunately due to some miscommunication in our company the account was closed (by us, not by OpenAI). In turn our devs lost access to GPT-4 API and given the high demand we all know how it is with the waiting lists.
Is there any way to re-activate our organisation, add new credit card and regain access to it and to the previously available GPT-4?
That would be super awesome if someone could help with that. Please
