I am another victim of an existing issue (search these forums for "Purchased 1000 credits, gone in under an hour").
I have tried solving the issue with the support AI bot and it doesn’t know what to do, and via email, I get non-helpful replies.
How do I get my credits? Or did I just get charged $40 for a half hour or usage? I had only 1 session going, and nothing too intense, just some regular coding tasks.
On the usage console, it shows "Credits remaining = 0" but also “No credit usage recorded yet”.
