It looks like you may have paid for the wrong app. ChatGPT doesn’t offer a “LIFETIME” plan. ChatGPT payment is monthy subscription.
If you bought a subscription through a different app, it can’t be used on ChatGPT.
Please double-check which app you made the payment to.
To upgrade your ChatGPT account, you can only do it through the app itself, just go to Settings and choose “Upgrade to Plus” or “Upgrade to Pro” if you already have Plus.
There’s no other way to upgrade from the Free version to Plus.
Try to double-check where your payment went. If it wasn’t ChatGPT, you might be able to ask that company for a refund.
