Bug
What happened, and what did you expect? Projects entry on the begin of the menu is gone, I can only access them because I pinned them. I have now a new Projects entry between the fixed conversations and the most recent that states that there are no projects although I have 2 live ones

Welcome to the community @njsfernandes,
I also use Windows and checked ChatGPT on Edge and I could see my projects in the sidebar.
Have you tried refreshing the page and logging out and back in? If that doesn´t help, you can try another browser or clear your browser cache.
4 hours later (it’s 21h30 GMT) the missing links are showing now as buttons. It’s probably a system update
I’m seeing the same sidebar change on web- Firefox. The dedicated Projects section is gone, and the only replacement is Recents → Organize sidebar → By project. That groups chats under project names, but the project header only expands/collapses the chat list instead of opening Project Home. Reaching Project Home now takes extra clicks through the … menu.
The mobile app still shows Projects as a direct sidebar destination, which is much clearer for project-heavy workflows. I’d like the dedicated Projects section restored on web, with project names linking directly to Project Home.
The new project picker in the composer is useful and may work well for starting new chats, but it does not fully replace having Projects as a direct sidebar destination for browsing and managing existing project work.
Welcome to the Community, @njsfernandes and @Yella_Hal_Wiki. Thank you also @LarisaHaster for chiming in.
With the recent ChatGPT UI update, you can find your projects in the expandable Projects section of the sidebar. Expand a project to see its conversations, then select one to open it.
To open Project Home directly, hover over the project name and click the pencil icon on its right.
Can you confirm whether you can now open both projects and their existing conversations, and whether the Projects section still shows “No projects”?
If the issue persists, clear the cache and cookies for ChatGPT or test in an InPrivate/incognito window. These checks will help determine whether stored browser data or your current session is contributing to the issue. Let me know whether anything changes.
