About a week ago, I noticed that not all my Projects appeared in the iOS app. More specifically, the oldest few Projects were missing. If I searched for an individual Chat within those projects, the page would eventually load, but instead of showing the name of the Chat and the Project within which it resides at the top of the page, it kept searching for it constantly. This has also made me unable to move Chats into those ‘missing’ Projects on iOS devices.
I have the same problem when logging onto ChatGPT on iOS browsers.
I thought there might be a quota on the number of Projects appearing on iOS devices, so I merged/deleted a couple of existing Projects. All that did was reduce the number of listed Projects!
All the Projects appear as expected on the desktop and PC browser versions. So I then had the clever idea of renaming the ones not listed on iOS and ‘pushing them to the top’. It certainly pushed them to the top whilst pushing another Project out of view on iOS. I tried merging/deleting Projects, and that didn’t help either.
I’ve logged out, re-installed the app, and switched my device off and on, but I’m running out of ideas.
Any help would be MUCH appreciated!
