I can’t access my project and all previous conversation are blocked and show this message:
Project not found or insufficient permissions. Please verify the project exists, and ensure that your account has the necessary permissions and that there are no workplace restrictions preventing access.
… Any solutions/advice please?

I’m running into the same issue. The only recent change on my end was switching from ChatGPT Plus to the Free plan. My previous chats still show up in the list, but when I try to open them in the iOS app, I get a 404 error.
On the desktop version, I see this message:
“Project not found or you don’t have permission to view it. Please check that the project exists, that you have the right permissions, and that there aren’t any restrictions in your workspace.”
In addition, all my project folders have vanished. I’m really not sure what’s going on.
