Problem:

When using ChatGPT for long-running organization projects, it can accidentally suggest values outside an established dropdown list.

Suggested feature:

Allow users to define locked project vocabularies or schemas, so ChatGPT must choose from approved values unless the user explicitly asks for new additions. Also, allow users to ‘suggest’ ChatGPT to select data from ‘preferred’ sites.

Why it matters:

This would help users doing cataloging, research organization, writing bibles, metadata cleanup, and other structured projects.
