This issue has been intermittent over the past 24 hours.
I have numerous .docx files in my project folder. They are accessible for 1–2 hours at a time, but then become inaccessible for 30–45 minutes due to mclick pointer errors that prevent the files from being found or opened.
The exact error message is:
ValueError: File pointer operation failed when accessing 'characters.docx' ValueError: File pointer operation failed when accessing story.docx``
This occurs with every GPT and every file in my project folder regardless if I re-upload them.
