I have been expanding my personal organization using projects by have found it to be a waste of time. Context is never contained within a project but as breadth and depth of project goes, but projects can port in (very stale) global context. The only way to get context into a project chat is to summarize from one chat and copy/paste into another. Projects are near pointless for me without shared context. This bug is especially disappointing as OpenAI announced global persistent memory recently.
