Project Chats Disappearing or Losing Content – Bug?

Hey everyone,

I’ve noticed an issue with project chats on ChatGPT. Sometimes, entire chats disappear from projects, and other times, the chats remain but their content is missing. This has been happening inconsistently, making it hard to track and organize ongoing discussions.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a known bug, or is there a fix/workaround? I rely on project chats for structured conversations, so it’s frustrating when they vanish or lose their content.

Any insights would be appreciated!

Same problem. Projects are not showing up.

I am facing the same issue right after the current worldwide outage. Where did the chats from a specific project, go?

me too today all of my chats and projects get disappeared hopefully openai will fix this soon

Not in projects but my responses in the chat have been disappearing too for over a month. I had a solid go for a few days last week but the website is back to deleting things again
