Bug

Existing project chats are not listed when I open the project; the project displays “No Project Chats.”

Several of those conversations are pinned globally. If I open a pinned project conversation and send a new message, that conversation immediately reappears in the project’s chat list. This suggests existing project chats remain associated with the project but are not being indexed/displayed by the redesigned Projects UI until the conversation is updated. Had I not pinned these conversations before the redesign, I would currently have no obvious way to navigate to them from the project.

Project Sources are also no longer visible from the main Project interface. Before the redesign, source files were an accessible and central part of the Project workflow. I use these files as persistent reference material shared across multiple project conversations. After the redesign, there is no visible Sources section or source-file list. The files still appear under Project Settings, which indicates they have not been deleted, but they are now buried in a settings menu rather than presented as part of the working Project interface. This makes it significantly harder to verify which sources are attached, inspect the project’s reference material, and manage an ongoing research-heavy project. Combined with existing project chats disappearing from the Project view until individually opened and updated, this creates serious concern about the reliability and discoverability of both major components of an established Project: its conversations and its source material.
