Dear OpenAI Team,
I would like to suggest a simple improvement to AI retrieval systems.
If a user points the AI to an existing, verifiable source containing relevant knowledge that the AI previously failed to find, the system should, after verification, retain and improve the corresponding retrieval link for future queries.
The user is not necessarily providing new knowledge. They may simply be showing the AI where existing knowledge can be found.
In other words: Let the AI learn not only from information, but also from successful ways of finding information.
I believe this could significantly improve retrieval without simply adding unverified user statements to the knowledge base.
