Problems with my chat gpt suscription

Hello, I canceled my gpt chat plan because it won’t let me access the gpt4 version, the last time I used it was in a month, but after that month, I didn’t pay, two days later I paid and it tells me to subscribe to the plan plus, but actually, I had already subscribed, I canceled it and paid again but the same thing continues, so I don’t know if it’s an error in the system, please, I need help from customer support

my issue is different , i used all my cards but it always giving a “CARD decline error”
