I am experiencing two issues with my Plus plan:
- I received a message saying “Something went wrong,” and my chat history is showing an earlier point instead of the latest conversation.
- Yesterday, I received a message saying that I had already used all my available weekly chats, even though I have the Plus plan and should not have any chat limits.
Could you please help me resolve these issues? My Plus subscription is active, and I should have access without restrictions.
I submitted a support request on September 17, and I have not received a response yet. The issue is still persisting, and I would appreciate any updates or assistance.
