Hello,
I’m a subscriber of OpenAI’s ChatGPT Plus, and I’ve been a user since the early days of OpenAI.
However, when I try to generate a video using Sora, I receive the message:
“Video generation is temporarily disabled for new accounts.”
As a result, I’m unable to create any videos.

Could you please let me know how to resolve this issue?
