Hello esteemed developers of ChatGPT 4/ChatGPT 4o! 
I frequently encounter the following issue:
When providing a text file with 800 lines of Python code to ChatGPT 4/ChatGPT 4o and asking it to improve any function and write the entire code, it makes numerous errors and fails to completely rewrite/improve/write anew the entire code. It constantly forgets to add something, skips certain lines, or even misses out on some functions altogether!
Yes, itās fast! But, INATTENTIVEā¦
It would be better if it slowed down a bit but added more attentiveness!
Currently, we are working on a project together, and every time I send him a .txt file with the full code of our project, he consistently makes a bunch of mistakes when rewriting itā¦
In āAnalysisā and āWorkā modes, he doesnāt seem to work at all, and in the end, when rewriting the code completely, he sends back a semi-empty file with code, instead of 800 lines, itās 150-200!! 
I really hope that you will make ChatGPT slower but more attentive and give it the ability to fully work on coding tasks.
