"PRO" account now no longer working?

Upgraded to pro last week, everything works as expected until last night, ChatGPT was just giving no responses, just “Hmm…something seems to have gone wrong.” or other error, then telling me to regenerate the answer which also continues to fail.
Came back 24 hours later and same deal…
If i start a new chat wtith 4o it seems to work, but I have been working within a project folder with three main chats, so I’m not sure if the errors are specificlaly related to that, but its very annoying. I now don’t want to have to start all over again in a new chat for it to potentially happen again.

Is there a way to contact support? The only official support method, even when paying a whopping $220 USD a month, is to ask a chatbot non specific questions whos replies are basic and lame, and only point towards general issues from the FAQs.

It’s pretty pathetic to not at least have some kind of “Pro” support seeing as its literally costing almost $12 AUD per day to use this thing, so any down time is literally burning money.

All of the status sites seem to be working, and all the regular troubleshooting has not helped.
