Hi All,
I wondering about the privacy policy of the new feature Code Interpreter,
I want to upload a CSV with confidential information of my clients and in the future, to connect my BI to the openAI API.
My questions are the following:
- What type of data does Open AI collect and store?
- How is the data encrypted and secured during storage and transmission?
- Does Open AI share or sell customer data with third parties, and if so, what are the limitations and safeguards in place to protect the data?

Will be fine so long as chat history is disabled when you begin the conversation/code interpreter
i understand that openai may share data with some companies and several personals in openai…
so its not really private after all

I think this is the latest: New ways to manage your data in ChatGPT
I imagine it applies to the code interpreter as well as vanilla chatgpt.
El problema es que Code Interpreter (Advanced Data Analysis) no está disponible con el historial desactivado. Y no se indica nada en la documentación sobre la política de privacidad de los datos enviados con esta característica. ¿Alguien sabe algo nuevo sobre este asunto? Gracias!
