Possibility of payment by bank transfer - company

Hi, I’m from a fairly large global company that wants to purchase chat gpt teams, I’ve been writing emails to contacts but haven’t received a response for 2 months, and it’s an important issue because it will help us work productively in the company.

Our company cannot pay by card for the service, we want to pay by bank transfer.
I received information that it is possible, although you need to contact support.
I contacted in various ways - to one email they replied that “I should wait for a message from the sales department”.
As I said - I have been waiting for 2 months and silence.

Does anyone have information on how to contact the sales department otherwise?

yes, I sent the form multiple times at different intervals, giving a different business email, but I did not get a response

I see - sorry to hear that it’s been so difficult. The issue is likely that there are getting tons of requests and as a result it may take up to several months to receive a response.

If it’s urgent perhaps discuss options with the bank to make the card payment happen anyway?
