UPDATE: Login is working now via web browser.
I am a Plus subscriber and for the last 3 days, I have been unable to login. The status page says that all systems are fully operational; however, I have received a range of error messages over the last few days.
- Sorry, you have been blocked. You are unable to access auth0openaicom
- Failed to get service status
- We ran into an issue while signing you in, please take a break and try again soon.
Day 3 (today - 7/12/23):
- Oops! Our systems are a bit busy at the moment, please take a break and try again soon.
Just looking for clarification from others and/or OpenAI support regarding these error messages.
As a plus subscriber, the 4th error message (from Day 3 - today), should not occur at all, since that is what a Plus subscription is suppose to prevent.
These error messages are occurring when trying to login via any web browser (even after clearing cache, etc…), Chrome on desktop, Safari on mobile, etc…
I am able to login and use the iOS mobile app as well as the API with no issues.
