I’m a ChatGPT Plus subscriber, and I’ve been experiencing ongoing issues with the Voice Conversations feature.
While I understand features can roll out gradually, I’m frustrated that I:
Do not have consistent access to Voice Conversations.
Can only temporarily access it after reinstalling the app.
Lose access every time I minimize or close the app.
As a paying customer, I’d like to know when I can expect permanent access to this feature, as it’s advertised as part of the Plus plan. It feels unfair to continue paying for a service where core features are unreliable or unavailable.
Please advise on when this will be resolved or if there’s anything you can do to activate this feature fully on my account.
