Plus cancellation error. Pro Payment error

The support bot can only press buttons.

Is there a way for me to cancel Plus?

I want to buy Pro but that also gives me an error.

So I can’t do anything.

Am I being forced to pay unwanted bills on due dates because I can’t cancel Plus?

Is the help center broken? The bot is silent.
