I see that I am in the wrong category. But I also see that there isn’t one for sora. I have an issue with my accounts and their interactions with sora. And the pathetic excuse for a chat bot had NOTHING. so i aksed o1 and it said to come here. the closest thing a company shadow ran by microsoft can achieve to customer support. a community where we try to help each other instead. Anyone have any idea what to do to get sora to once again accept that i have a personal account and thats what im using. so that i can use the relaxed mode for a couple days before sora becomes useless without a $200 sub again?
