I’ve been experiencing a weird bug since yesterday with my plus account. Despite the globe icon being active (indicating that browsing is enabled), ChatGPT is behaving as if it doesn’t have access to the internet or image capabilities.
Here’s what’s happening:
- I sent it a picture, and instead of analyzing it correctly, it hallucinated responses.
- It claims it can’t browse the internet, even though the feature is toggled on.
I’ve already tried the following:
- Deleting memories.
- Clearing browser cache.
- Logging out and logging back in.
Interestingly, the mobile app works fine, so this seems to be an issue with the browser version specifically.
Has anyone else encountered this issue recently? Any tips or fixes?
