Running a plugin centric work process. Removed one of the plugins just because the tools cant be detected correctly and cant add that back anymore. Says that a similar plugin exist. Anyone had encountered this before? ---

Could you let us know which plugin you removed and whether you installed it from the directory or added it as a custom MCP plugin? Also, is this happening in ChatGPT or Codex, and what does the error message say? You can paste the text here with any personal details hidden. If it’s happening in a browser, please add a sanitized HAR file captured during the failed attempt to your existing Support case. That can help us trace where the error is coming from.
