Please OpenAI: Adult Creative Mode + more tokens and faster regeneration for Plus plan

Hi, me again.

I would like to talk again about the issue of censorship and the possibility of an adult mode in chatgpt, specifically GPT-4o because it is the one I use the most. GPT-4.5 is great for writing, but I prefer using GPT-4o, it is a matter of taste. But I really, REALLY like GPT-4.5.

It is high time for there to be an adult creative mode. A mode where ADULT people can write stories that have more intimate, more mature scenes, without the model censoring or cutting everything.

I am not talking about HEAVY or ILLEGAL content. But rather erotic fiction, adult romance, those scenes of emotional and physical connection that are part of so many books and fanfics that we read out there. Erotic stories are a literary genre like any other, like fantasy, high school romance or drama. And yes, I want to write stories of this type and with these scenes with more freedom and less censorship.

And if this adult mode exists, it would be amazing! Please give us more freedom to use it responsibly. When I say it’s for ADULTS only, there could be a way to prove that the user is really an adult. I don’t want to be treated like a child when I’m already an adult.

Now, speaking as a user of the Plus plan, I REALLY need to highlight one thing: we pay to have access to better resources, but the token limit and the time it takes to regenerate are a bucket of cold water.

GPT-4.5 only recharges after ONE WEEK. Guys… it’s discouraging! A week is a long time for someone who is in the middle of a story, at the height of a scene or the story, for example. Imagine having to stop everything and wait days to continue. That completely breaks the rhythm.

And look, I understand that the Pro plan has more benefits. If I could afford it, I would pay without thinking twice. But for many people — especially me, who is from Brazil, speaking for myself and considering my financial situation. I know that many Brazilians can afford it, but this is completely out of my reach — this amount simply isn’t enough. It’s too high. And that’s why I ask that you think carefully about those who are on Plus.

So, my request is this:

– Create a creative adult mode, for those who are of legal age and want to write stories with more MATURE themes.

– That Plus users have more freedom, more tokens and a shorter regeneration time. Waiting a week is too much. It could be just a few hours. The tokens could recharge after three hours.

The fact that there are more and more posts about this lately, indicates three things:

  1. There’s a community of creative people here who use ChatGPT to express themselves, and I’ve seen this grow more and more within the past 2 months. Also worth noting - most of us are paying plus subscribers not freeloaders so that says something about our commitment to ChatGPT and OpenAI.
  2. The fact that these type of posts have become more frequent, indicates the fact that censorship has become more and more restrictive, to the point of frustration - i myself cancelled plus, then resubscribed 2 days later. Now I’m thinking of cancelling again.
  3. There’s a specific userbase that is particularly interested in this aspect of ChatGPT, made up of adults who want to express their creativity without having their art denied 9/10 times.

That being said, I’m eagerly awaiting for OpenAI’s move to define ChatGPT as either a PG13 app so that we can take our money elsewhere, or allow the existence of a verified adult mode for creative people to do their art within legal boundaries, taking full responsibility for their creation.
