Yes, it was text-davinci-003 and I replaced it with gpt-3.5-turbo-instruct. I thought your earlier comment was saying that there was more things to change for the replacement mode to work. But if that’s all that needs to be done, then that’s great! Thank you for being patient with me. I appreciate you taking time out to help.

Davinci 003 was AMAZING! Sad to see they removed it out of Playground already. Using it to write with produced the most impressive accurate results I was looking for. I’ve tried 3.5 Turbo Instruct and it’s terrible. What types of prompts have people used to get more accurate results? Is there anything outside of Davinci 003 that works like it or better for general everyday writing?

Here is another pro and and developer using OpenAI APIs to build rag systems. Please don’t remove text-davinci-003. It performs better and follows instruction better than gpt35 or even Mixtral8x7b

Please keep “text-davinci-003” model. Also in our it’s more reliable and understands commands for completion better than the suggested replacement “gpt-35-turbo-instruct.”
