Get this message when doing a submit for the first time: > You’ve reached your usage limit. See your [usage dashboard] and [billing settings] for more details. If you have further questions, please contact us through our help center at [help.openai.com](http://help.openai.com). Obviously something wrong with the message or my permissions. Anyone else? ---

Perancangan arsitektur dengan pendekatan kesetempatan atau juga sering disebut sebagai arsitektur regionalisme telah berlangsung dalam beberapa periode yang berbeda. Dengan menggunakan contoh bangunan dari era kolonial abad ke 20, era orde baru dan masa sekarang ini, jelaskan alasan apa yang melatarbelakangi berkembangnya pendekatan tersebut.
