I’m trying to pass my TAC verification for security research. The persona verification succeeds every time, but the website still shows “Your identity couldn’t be verified”.
I saw some closed issues and created tickets on this matter but no solution. Was someone able to solve this issue?

There is no effective way to correlate a Discourse forum account with an OpenAI account, as the accounts may use different email addresses. To ensure the correct OpenAI account can be identified, please open a support request using the email address associated with that account, then post the Case ID here.
No I mean some tickets were created by OpenAI Support based on the discussions in this forum, but there are no solutions posted.

If you need OpenAI Support to investigate your specific issue, you will need to email support@openai.com to open a ticket.
There is no need to post the Case ID here. More than likely, this topic will then be unlisted and closed so that you can continue communicating directly with OpenAI Support by email.

Can you tell me if I’m safe to continue using the advanced chatgpt models for security work, or I might get restricted? Earlier I got some requests blocked because of not having cyber access(but that was before I passed the Persona verification).

I’m in the same situation.
Nothing has progressed for over a month now.
I did receive a message from OpenAI Support, but after I replied, I haven’t heard back from them.
