I’ve encountered a serious repeated issue while using your platform (both on mobile and PC):
Problem:
I constantly receive the message: “Looks like you’re offline. Reconnect to send messages,” even though my internet connection (Wi-Fi and mobile data) is fully stable and fast.
This happens randomly during conversations with my custom AI projects and interrupts my work heavily.
The problem happens on multiple devices (phone and PC), even after clearing cache, updating apps, disabling VPN (I don’t use VPNs), and ensuring network stability.
Normal troubleshooting steps have not resolved the issue.
Important Context:
I am located in the European Union (Netherlands), and I understand GDPR protects my personal data.
I am cautious about sharing private technical logs or sensitive personal data due to GDPR compliance concerns.
I need help within a framework that respects EU laws.
Request:
