Hey! Is it only me, or does the API fail a lot?
I’m not talking just about today; it’s every day, a lot of 500 and timeouts from the official API, on vector storages and completions (Responses API)

I’m also experiencing timeouts when attaching files to vector stores. Since the same issue occurs in the Playground, it seems to be an OpenAI-side problem.
