I found this thread while looking how to resolve this on the telnyx side…
I’m building the app to connect to Telnyx but when I call the line from any cell phone I get muffled voice 50% of the time and AI can’t understand what I’m saying. If I call directly using the call button in the telnyx dashboard it seems to work fine when I connect via the browser but anything coming from an actual phone is unusable.
I’m not sure if you still work for telnyx but any thoughts on what I can do? seems like such a let down… I tried different codecs and timing settings but nothing has helped.
