I have made two payments successfully but no funds are being added to my balance. One was made yesterday and the other was made today, 3 hours ago. I see both payments were successful under the “Billing history” tab.
Maybe relevant: When I try to use the API, I get 429 (rate limit) errors but I’m within my usage limits for my tier. I’m guessing this is the wrong error message and it’s failing because my balance is $0.
I have contacted the help center but not getting any support there. Similar threads are saying that sometimes the funds show up much later.
Does anyone have any advice?
