Payment Issue: Workspace Deactivated After Updating Credit Card

Hello,

I recently updated my credit card details on the billing page, but the payment was not processed. As a result, my ChatGPT Team workspace (Evoiq) has been deactivated.

I reached out through the chatbot (Fin), and it mentioned that the team would look into it soon, but I haven’t received any further updates.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue? How long does it usually take for OpenAI Support to resolve billing-related problems? Is there anything else I can do to expedite the process?
