I am writing to report a payment issue related to my ChatGPT subscription. I recently upgraded to the paid version of ChatGPT but encountered a problem during the renewal process. Initially, my credit card was declined due to a security setting that required manual unlocking. However, after unlocking the card and attempting payment again, it continues to be rejected.
I have already contacted my credit card issuer, and they have confirmed that there are no issues with my card and that it should be functioning normally. I have also cleared my browser cache and tried different browsers, but the payment still fails.
