Can anyone tell what the minimum amount of money is the require to be in the card while setting up a payment card? Because when I set the card says insufficient balance in ur card.
may I know what VPN did you use? I am out of the country where my account is connected to and when I try to use a VPN, I am restricted from putting anything in the card info somehow. I was wondering if this is an issue with specific VPNs or OpenAI restricted VPNsâŚ
error: âYour card was declined. Please try a different card.â
I tried:
- changing browser (no change). â didnât work
- correcting my zip code (indeed to was wrong). â didnât work
I fixed it by connecting on my iPhone on Safari and I used Apple Pay.
I solved the issue using the same rejected card:
- Go to Billing.
- Go to View (the unpaid invoice).
- Do the payment using the Pay button inside View page.
Same issue, Paid for GPT Plus, and now canât pay for API.
Same issue here. Itâs incredible that in 2023 a company wonât be able to accept a credit card. After several attempts, Iâm really annoyedâŚ

I was able to use api for one month but when i gotta extend another month my card has got declined⌠it wasnât my fund because Iâm sure i have enough, itâs annoyingâŚ

After entering OTP for payment, it say card decline.
Money has been credited from my credit card but it is showing 0 balance on openai, and shows card also declined.
