If we are currently paying because we use API, do we also need to have a Pro account to have the beste features?
I ask it because OpenAI API is very very very slow, Just a completion takes around 20 seconds.

You do NOT need a ChatGPT account to use the API, and having one will not increase your API speeds.
Do you know what Usage Tier you are currently?
Have you tried optimizing your prompts to get quicker responses?

Hi,
We are using PHP to just send a prompt and receive a text for an ad of a property to be shown later in web pages.
This is a simple request with small amount of tokens. but it needs around 20 seconds to reply.
The answer is quite nice, but it is too slow.
Is this the common behaviour?
