I believe there is a caching issue that has resulted in someone elses account being given membership. When I signed up I stupidly didn’t think anything of the random email address at the top of the billing screen but after signing up I don’t have the plus membership but I have been charged. There is obviously no support via the help button due to the growth of chat gpt and they obviously care very little about billing support. Any help is appreciated to prevent me having to go to the bank.
I have the same issue. I paid the invoice and got the receipt showing my member ship should go into April but couldn’t access plus features, specifically GPT-4. And it promts “upgrade to plus” at left side of the window, and shows my current plan is the free one when clicking it. I wrote to firstname.lastname@example.org but haven’t got any response yet.
