Paid chatgpt error - content not analyzing and slow responses

Hello everyone, I paid for the prenium version of chatgpt and i was goign great until a about 3 days ago. The responses have been extremely slow like 10 mins for each question asked. It does not analyze any pdfs or images I send anymore. Basically all my prenium features are gone. My subcription has not expired. Please help as I have upcoming exams

I am having the same issue. It is really frustrating. Is there an explanation? Why am I paying for premium or plus if it’s going to work less effectively than the 3.5 chatGPT?

I am glad to hear I am not the only one. Please anyone help as my exams start on Monday and I have yet a lot to do. See images of errors. It used to be able to scan images and pdfs and I have done it with my prenium account. No my subcription has not ended because it has only been 1 week
