I use text-davinci-003 model with your API. How can I buy paid API? How much should I pay from beginning? What advantages I get from paid API version? Can I setup limit on my fund usage OR they will be used while funds available OR card will be automatically charged for more tokens OR how it works?

p.s. why for so popular Chat GPT, I cant find clear answers on key questions??? (was initially going through this page Pricing )))
