Page not responding while using desktop

So, I am using the desktop, Edge, anytime I ask it to generate ANYTHING…it’s very slow and then the page just stops responding.

I notice that if I close it instead of waiting for the page to load, it will add my request and then repeat my previous request over and over because of course it the page stops responding, like and endless loop, unless I wait, and it prompts me the page is not responding like 12 times before it generates anything.

Also, is this issue along with the read aloud a known acknowledged issue? if so, where is the link to the thread and a possible functionable time to use? it’s supposed to be fast, even GPT 4 freezes now.

Huge apologies. I’m a nuub and couldn’t find a thread, but my problem is:

I type a question, hit the up symbol input “button” and NOTHING HAPPENS.
The question doesn’t even go to GPT. it just sits in the text field I wrote it in with the input button greyed out.
Waiting does nothing.
Chrome on an iPhone.

Seems like an extraordinarily simple issue, and I don’t know why it’s happening!!!

Anyone?
I’m a researcher and need this access!
