I am trying to set a character limit in the system instructions for my assistant but it is always exceeding the character limit.
“It is extremely mandatory that the response generated is within 2000 characters.”
This part in my prompt is not working. Is there another way to achieve this character limit constraint. This is my last endpoint in the workflow, hence I want character reduction here itself.
