I am trying to verify our organization to access a protected image model.
After an unsuccessful verify attempt, I keep getting the error “Session expired. Please restart this process or request a new link to continue.”
When I request a new link, I get the same expired URL, even when using different browsers and in incognito mode.
The refresh icon in the “Verify your identity” window is not changing the URL. The current URL is expired at withpersona.
I was forwarded to a support specialist. After a few days, “Roberto” repeated the same instructions I already received from the AI assistant and now I am not getting any feedback to my contacts.
