Staff visits on here are relatively rare, this is mostly a user-to-user self-help type of situation.

Stuff you can check:

  • Is the account funded? There’s no free tier, despite being occasionally mentioned in the docs. You also need to pre-pay, pay as you go has been discontinued, unfortunately.
  • Did you accidentally lower your quota? It’s unlikely, but you should be able to see that on your dashboard.
  • Sometimes old API keys get stuck. Cycling them can help.
