Other applications cannot be opened

I have a question. Recently, when I was using ChatGPT, I would encounter situations where other applications of the system couldn’t be opened. Has anyone ever encountered this? Mine is MacOs 26.4.1

Just so we can understand what's happening a bit better, could you share a few more details?

  • Are you using the ChatGPT desktop app or ChatGPT in your browser?
  • Which applications are you unable to open?
  • Do you see any error message, or do they simply not open?
  • Does this only happen while ChatGPT is running, and does it stop if you quit the app?

A little more information will help us better understand the issue.
