Organization verification was succesful but after 12 hours still no access?

Hi,

Yesterday I completed the organization verification (withpersona gave a tick mark and successfully completed the verification).

However, as of today I still can’t access the GPT5 API - I get a 400 error requiring the organization to be verified. How can I get help with this matter?
